My wife and I went to this theater, and were excited about visiting a place with recliners. The recliners were great, but unfortunately, the customer service was severely lacking.
There was a fairly long line to buy tickets, and only one window open. When we got to the window, Alyssa couldn't have been more annoyed to have to deal with a customer. I'd never done the "choose your seats" thing, so I asked about what the colors on the seating chart meant. Then I was confused as to why we still owed a balance above the movie pass coupons that we'd purchased at Costco. Both times, she was extremely condescending in her response. I have two teenage daughters, but haven't seen eye rolls or heavy sighs like that in a while.
We then went to the snack bar. Again, only a couple of lines open, with a bunch of employees standing around (who you'd think would be available to help customers). My wife got to the front of the line, and the employee working the line just turned around and walked away. A Manager then came over and told her that she'd have to get into a different line, as the concession worker had just gone on break.
The theater was nice and clean, but the lack of customer service kind of ruined it for us. The culture there reminded me of a line from the movie Clerks - "If it wasn't for the damn customers, this job would be great!"
