I've had a contract with Bulwark for a number of years. This is the second time that I have requested service inside of my home and the second time the technician did not even attempt to come inside. When I called their office and request that he come back, they could not have a technician come back in the agreed to 3 hour time slot that they gave me. Super disappointed after all of these years of being a loyal customer. Time for a new service.
