I took my son on a Sunday to get a quote. The hours posted said they open at 12, however, we were there at 12 and they were closed. Not a huge deal just a tad irritating. We went back about 30 minutes later and they were open. We met with Joey and my son explained what we he wanted. We were quoted a price of $160.00 and made an appointment for a week later. We arrived at our scheduled appointment and he was working on someone else . He said to give him a few minutes to finish up. No biggie...except it was an hour AFTER our scheduled appointment that he finally was ready. Seriously, an hour!! Then on top of that he said it would be $20.00 more. I reminded him that he quoted us a price and he said not sure why he did that. After a bit of discussion he came to a resolution to decrease the size and honor the price he quoted us. Hmm...at this point I was ready to turn and walk out. Crappy customer service!!! However, this was a birthday present for my son so I sucked it up. He did do a very nice job and my son loves it. All in all my son is happy and that is what matters.
