They will not answer there phones. You have to leave messages and half the time they do not return your call. It took them two days to get back to me just to make an appointment. I had to call them 3 times, just to have them call back. The office by my house was booked up for 3 weeks. I had to go to a office that was not in my area just to get an earlier appointment. Then they expect you to download all paperwork and fill it out before you go in. Or else they want you to show up a half hour early. It cost me $100.00 in co pays. on same day visit.
