This has to be the worst nail salon I've ever been too. The owner/manager has NO customer service skills.
I booked a appointment for my mother, daughter and myself on Saturday April, 30 for 3pm. I arrived at about 2:45 for our appointment. I assumed that when I booked a appointment for 3 that they would schedule us all at the same time. However; this was not the case. Instead the manager started with my daughter and when I asked her when my mother and I would get started she said she would do all 3 of us because the other girls were all "booked". I did not book a appointment to wait 3 hours to have nail services done for my family.
After my daughter was done we decided not to wait any longer. The Manager began to berate me in front of other customers about not keeping appointments. I told her I didn't make a appointment for 3 people only to have her do us 1 at a time and wait 3 hours.
Finally, when it was time to pay...she charges us $42. I said that her signed on the front clearly states that a mani/pedi combo was $35. She said my daughter chose the more "expensive" polish.
Avoid this salon!
