When Fran's first opened, this place was great! Now, it is quite the opposite. Service is abysmal, slow and not attentive. Here are my experiences on their takeout. If they tell you it'll be ready in 20 minutes, they really mean 45. This happened to me on three occassions. Since I always had to wait at the bar to ge the food, you would think it would be piping hot..well no. The fries are usually luke warm and the Rosemary Chicken is always cold in the middle. And twice they have gotten my order incorrect, making me go back to correct. I stopped going to Fran's because of their consistent inconsistencies.
