I went to get my Sonata Services new Synthetic oil and inspected and the guy was great and helped me with my decision on what I need to get done and helped save money! On the sales end of things...absolutely horrendous...I came in and looked at a Sonata and the salesmen said his name and didn't say anything but let me take you to the car and we test drive it and awkwardly silent the whole time...no conversation and then we get back he brings me in and his manager and him come up to me sit down and PRESSURED me so bad I almost started to swear. They wanted me to buy the car right away and I said I need to look at other car options also and he rolled his eyes and sorta blew me off and acted like a total asshole. The service department is fantastic but the sales I mean I rather deal with the flu and on my deathbed than deal with the crazy sales bozos!
