Guess who was in another rear end accident?? I swear, people are out there targeting my poor car. This is the 3rd time someone has hit me in less than a year. But I digress...
Since my last repair was a complete sh!t show (check out my review on that place), I decided to try to find a body shop that could do the work and not cause me unnecessary stress...Queue USA Collision!
I called them up and spoke with David (owner, I believe) who told me I could stop by anytime for my estimate. Upon arriving, I met with Charmane, their estimator. She was really nice and took care of the estimate in less than five minutes. Completely painless. I was a bit pressed for time as I needed to have my car back for an out of state trip...Dave and Charmane were MORE than accommodating. They told me that I could drop my car off and it would be ready the following day. Well they held true to their word. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and it was fixed and washed completely clean the next day (but I ended up picking it up on Thursday because I wasn't able to get there before closing on Wednesday).
They also made me aware of the carelessness and slight damage done by the previous repair shop to my back bumper brackets. I'm really glad they told me about it, as it just solidified my feeling of the crap job the previous repair shop did on my bumper.
If I'm ever in need of another repair (which, given my luck with people hitting my car, I'm sure I will be), I know where to take my vehicle.
