I would give this place zero stars if I could.
First off, it's not just offsite, it's off offsite: you have to take 2 shuttles to get to it. The wait for the second shuttle is up to 10 minutes.
Second, there are not enough employees to service the line, so the line is huge. It's about an hour wait. I ended up canceling my reservation and getting a cab as I was running late for a funeral.
Save yourself the hassle and pay a little more for a better car rental company.
