This review is for Bill and two other gentleman that I talked to on 6/19/2018. I had replaced a back door and had a locksmith(Bill Jensen--not the Home Depot guy. A different Bill) that owns his own business putting on a deadbolt for me. He told me the smartlock deadbolt I bought at Home Depot wouldn't work and tried to make me put a deadbolt on that he had a key too. This didn't make any sense to me so I had him go to Home Depot with me and Bill(Home Depot employee) showed him how it should be done. After the locksmith tried to mess up my deadbolt I decided to go with someone else and went back to home depot because that locksmith pocketed two of the big screws and the rekey piece that came with the deadbolt. I was able to get those pieces I needed from Bill. The locksmith I had hired was absolutely horrible, but the Home Depot guys were amazing and helped me realize I was being scammed and taken advantage of. Thank you so much Bill and the other gentleman I talked to! I come to this store regularly and always get good service.
