The whole process went very smoothly on 03/22/2017 with the 2 TreePro employees arriving right on time between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. My 2 taller palm trees, which required climbing, did not take all that long to complete.
However, my remaining Canary palm (no climbing, just a ladder & my retaining wall) took quite a bit longer to get in proper order. The Canary palm alone needed about one hour's worth of work. I should mention that this was certainly the most thorough and professional trimming of my Canary palm that I have ever experienced.
Others in the past have simply removed 1 or 2 rows of fronds without really bothering to clean out the seed pods from in between the fronds, etc. All debris was cleaned up and hauled away on completion. I plan on using TreePro again next year and for any other unexpected tree-related issues that may arise in the meantime.
