I decided to bring my girlfriend in because she was craving crab dip. Our server started off great she was friendly and seemed to have a general idea of everything. After our two appetizers we waited about an hour for our food which never came. We were told our food would be paid. A half our later our server comes back and regrets to inform us we will still have to pay for our food which we now in to-go boxes and delivered an hour and a half after our second appetizer. Our server apologized and offered to pay for our drinks out of her pocket. We were told our entree would not be taken off our check because the manager denied it took an hour and a half for the food to be delivered to our table. In all we paid for everything that we didn't get to eat hot but after the concert that we almost missed due to not being able to get a check from the server. All said and done, the server was in great spirits and nice. But was overall the worst experience I've had in a restaurant.
