I went here Saturday June 3rd, looking for a new hair salon in my area. I was a Groupon customer. There was a huge traffic jam directly in front of the salon which caused me to be 20 minutes late so it was very busy and that may be why it was so rushed. Being late sets everything back and I get that. But I felt as if my hair was done very very quickly. It was a rushed job. I got full head highlights and hair cut. The highlights aren't TERRIBLE... I've had worse for sure. But they are a bit chunky/patchy for my liking. A little(just a little!) more time would have made smaller, less stripey highlights. Also towards the end when I got my cut I asked for choppy hair, because I absolutely hate the look of a blunt cut on my hair. I got a blunt cut. All in all, not the worst I ever had but I will definitely be looking elsewhere next time. I felt the service was rushed and just 10 more minutes on my highlights and 10 more minutes on my cut it would have made the world of a difference. I don't love my hair, which is what I look for after getting my hair done. I don't care if it's a Groupon, that should warrant an even better job because it's a potential long term customer. I am pretty dissapointed.
