Always crowded, and they are perpetually short-staffed. If a place has a business plan of eternal sales, then they've got to keep people floating around, especially in a men's clothing store such as this.
The workers who *are* available are usually quite good, but good luck getting a hold of one.
That said, their deals are phenomenal. I just got three Oxfords for $47 and a $800 suit for $197. But you can always go online for their deals, and apparently the other locations around town are not so crowded/impersonal.
