This particular Cotton On is located in Boulevard Mall and whoa, $41.50 for 8 pieces of clothing?! Yup-3 skirts and 5 tops. Seriously.
The clothing selection is not bad. I'd say it's pretty good considering prices are so low. They have a wide variety of clothing including men's polos, t-shirts, jackets, women's casual shoes (mostly flats), tops, skirts and a few dresses. It seems like everything in the store is on clearance but they're actually regular priced. They also have specials such as buy one, get one free. I bought a skirt for $14.95 and got the second one for free.
Customer service isn't all that great but hey-you get what you pay for right?
