Amazing Glow, Amazing Medical Spa, Adore Skin and Body are all the same names for this unethically and amateur run business by Scottsdale airpark.
I had the worst experience there not one but three times. One time I went there some year+ ago and when I came to my appointment they told me they do not have what I ordered in stock and I'd either have to supplement it or waste my time coming there again. I went for the first option and oh well the results were not satisfactory at all (compared to other places I used)...
Consecutively I ended up getting Groupon for them this year, without realizing it was the same place I never wanted to go to again. I made an appointment with their phone service, explained in details what I need and they made me an appointment. when I came to my appointment they said the could not do the service that I really wanted to do because it was gonna take longer time and they were closing - though I explicitly told people on the phone I need this exact service before certain date.
The owner tried to up sell me on cash payments to them instead of Groupon and also claimed they could do the service I needed in a day.
When I refused to pay cash and came there next day for my second appointment the door was locked, upon calling to the owner, she informed me that she meant to cancel but forgot and that she will not take anymore Groupns.
Since then Groupon refunded my money, but her deals are still running. They even proceed on sending me their new promo emails - is it a joke? Moreover, they are changing their name to Adore Skin and body care because the reviews for current name are so bad.
Changing the name doesn't change unprofessional business practices. Don't fall victims to this place, find another salon.
