I wish that my experience with this body shop was like the other 3 listed. I was the one that called in 5 days after dropping off the vehicle to inquire about where we stood with the repairs. I was then informed that they had to get another piece because the original one was damaged somehow. But then just a few hours later I was called to say that my vehicle was ready. I then made arrangements to go pick up my car and I was told that I could drop off the rental car with them which sounded very convenient however after speaking with the rental company they advised differently and that I should bring them the car directly to avoid any possible damage to rental vehicle out of my possession. Upon getting my vehicle back I noticed that the repairs were done in a very quick and hasty manner. Upon relaying my disapproval to the company they said that they would have to keep the vehicle or I could bring it back and they would repair the repairs. I have already been without my vehicle for 5 days for a repair that should have only taken 3. I had a less-than-pleasant experience with the rental company and did not want to have to go through all of this again. That following Monday I contacted the body shop and inform them that I would not be bringing my vehicle back for them to repair the repairs; it was not worth it or the headache to me and I will just call it a loss. They of course still ask for the full payment even though I saved them money in the long run since they had offered to fix the repairs and pay for a rental company during my time without my car. It was unethical and very poor customer service. I will not recommend this body shop to anyone that I know nor will I ever bring my vehicle back to this body shop should I ever need repairs.
