Well what can I say? I like Carmax. I have the app, I use it all the time looking at cars that hit their lot. I even bought a car from them last month that I couldn't be happier with. My sales guy Jason Minor was a great guy to deal with. So I let him know we were going to be selling my wife's car for a newer one and said we would contact him in a month to look at some there with him. I told him no guarantees to buy,but we would look. So we did. He showed us a few cars and we decided on two for which one he had to get from the other store on Sahara. So we went to lunch and another dealership to look. And yep, you guessed it. We found a newer car (2015) with less miles and more warranty and for less money then Carmax could offer so of course we bought it. And love it by the way. So when we told Jason Minor he said he would of done the same and said, thanks anyhow for coming in with a smile and we left on a good note. So when I happened to go thru my phone I saw the last text Jason sent to me which was meant for his wife that read. " I'm all done, Huge F-en waist of my time!"
It really bugged me that this prick got all butt hurt and felt we wasted his time by not buying a car from him. Maybe he should reevaluate his career options if he thinks his time is being wasted.
So one bad apple ruined it for me at Carmax, I'll never go back,Period.
