As for quality, I'd give Platform Beer Co five stars. My wife and I are basking in the beer revolution that is happening in Cleveland. We are trying as many beers as we can because, you know, get it while the getting is good, right? So we tried platform and tasted at least six different beers. My wife loves hoppy IPA beer while I prefer less hoppy wheat beers. At the time we visited Platform did not have any wheat on tap, so I tried various other beers. I really dislike sour beer, but there were at least two on the menu. I can't really drink IPA because of the negative reaction that occurs on the back of my tongue. IPA's have a strong metallic taste to me, as if I'm sucking on a rusted iron bar. To each his own. While we tasted beer, we dined on some vittles from Ninja City Cafe. I ordered a few steam buns. They were tasty and paired well with the beer. The steam buns make me want to visit Ninja City Cafe!
