We came to EVO last night for my dad's birthday dinner. I've driven by this place about a thousand times and had never been, so I was excited to check it out. They have daily happy hour from 4-7 (which is always a huge plus for me) with a great selection of beer, wine, cocktails and appetizers. In addition to the HH menu they also had an evening brunch menu as well. I ordered a raspberry Moscow mule along with biscuits and gravy off the brunch menu. The drink was delicious, a great balance of tart raspberry vodka and ginger beer. The biscuits and gravy were great as well. 2 large biscuits topped with gravy and onions with a side of potatoes. I could have done without the onions and I wish they had a bit more gravy.
I can't wait to come back and try something off their standard menu because their pizza and pasta looked delicious!
