Starbucks is definitely a place where you know what you are going to get and its process is in place to ensure that you receive exactly what you order and get great customer service. They also have processes in place if you don't get 5 star service. I have been to this location several times in the evenings and my experience has been great. The restrooms are clean and the service has been friendly.
