The three sauces are excellent. The beans and the potato salad are good. The sausage and the pork ribs bore, conservatively, a month's ration of salt. Honestly, the salt content was borderline lethal. (Maybe the pit master is a heavy smoker, for his taste buds appear completely shot.) Two friendly staff said the turkey is the way to go. I liked the people, so I'll be back for the turkey.
