It's basically a hit or a miss with this office. The main problem here is the front staff-Receptionist or what have you. The doctors are nice and attentive so are their assistants. I've been a patient here for over 2 years now and I've had great visits and annoying ones. some visits are quicker than others. Wait time before were 5-10 minutes, but lately I've been having to wait between 30-45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time! Not sure if they just have more patients now or what. As mentioned before, the office needs nicer and more professional employees working the front as well as answering phone calls. I would recommend this place as far as their doctors go, the rest of the staff needs training on customer service and being professional!
