I have left several messages and sent letters (just in case my voice mails weren't received), and have not gotten a response. This is disappointing on every level....from the unfair deal at the origin, to the unresponsive attitude that we are receiving several months later. I'm sure the staff at the dealership is still high-riving each other for all of the money that they have made of off my mother. Please, I just don't want anyone else to go through what we did. Go elsewhere if you are looking for a car.
