When I went for first time and had a cleaning done they told I needed an under gum scrapping. I told them I just had that done a few months ago by someone else and I'll just come back for a regular cleaning. Well they still scheduled me for that under gum scrapping anyways and wanted to charge me $1,000.00 for something I did not need. I'm so glad by the time I returned they cleaned house and got rid of the Dentist and Hygienist that where ripping people off.
The Hygienist that was there gave me a regular cleaning and did a great job. She also fitted me for whiting trays. Well the trays turned out perfect. A lot better fit than the last place they made me a pair.
So if you had a bad experience there, things have changed. I feel you should give them one more try before giving up on this office.
