Customer service is usually not great here but tonight was especially bad. Had to get the front person to repeat my order three times and slow down to make sure it was right. While waiting on my food I checked my receipt and sure enough it was wrong, not what she told me it was. Then while waiting the kids in the front and back started yelling orders back and forth, not angrily but like they were at a party. So loud I almost asked for a manager. One girl in front loudly said "oh my God I'm gonna beat you" to someone in the back. Lovely talk in front of customers. And when all was said and done I got home and my daughter's burger was completely wrong...correct on the receipt but made wrong. Last time we went here they gave her expired milk. Two wasted meals here, I can't afford to keep eating here. And with poor customer service why would I? Would you pay to listen to kids having a party while making food that when you get home you can't eat? Not me any longer.
