If it were up to me, I wouldn't even give this store one star.
Like many of my fellow yelper's have stated, the service here is terribad.
Someone I know went into this store to buy a purse.
THE manager tells us that there is only one purse left, and starts walking away. We call him back, because we were obviously going to buy the damn purse. We noticed there was a smudge on it, and we let him know...
Would you guys like to know what this disgusting piece of dung did?
(I hate name calling, but this was beyond reasonable.)
He spit on the purse, and tried to rub the smudge away.
Right in front of us. He then tries handing us the purse. We stood there in shock, because we never expected this.
Dillard's should really look into the type of people they hire. Just because this store is located in Scottsdale, does not mean you'll get treated with respect.
