This is the closest Canadian Tire to my house. I've been needing to get winter tires and researched them online to figure out which brand to get. The online hours said this location would be opened on Saturday until 6, but when I got there, the closing hour has a sticker over it saying 4 (I work every Saturday 8am-4pm). How annoying. I decided to try again that Monday. I work until 6 on weekdays, and made it there by 7. When I got there, there was no one available who knew anything about tires. The young man who was called out to help me was dressed as if he were working in an office, which I found completely strange since I was in the auto department. I guess that should've been my first clue. The tires I wanted were out of stock, but apparently there's only ONE guy in the entire store who can order them. I was furious. Especially because I could've done more than the associate - I could've ordered them online and had them shipped to the store. So, Canadian Tire, I guess anyone who works a normal day job plus weekends can't get tires from your store. You just lost a lifelong customer.
