If you want amazing customer service stay away from this place! I was not greeted when I walked in the door. It took several minutes for someone to help me. The girl came to the register and just stared at me. There was no 'may I help you' stated or anything. I ordered a sandwich with my coffee. She set my coffee down on the counter and did not even state it was mine. She set it down and walked away. Another girl made my sandwich. She barely wrapped it and threw it into a bag. She set it on the counter. Did not roll the bag. She did not even look at me. She set it on the counter and walked away. Horrible customer service!!! Train your staff to be more friendly. "How may I help you" and "have a nice day" goes a long way! I will be avoiding this place and telling others to stay clear. Starbucks is right up the street. I'll pay a little more to be treated with more respect then this place. Or go to Dunkin Donuts on Som center in Solon!
