If I could rate this ZERO stars I would. I see why this company's ratings are so low. I received a call from a man, VINCENT, who's phone script sounds very misleading. I understand the world of sales and telemarketing, AND I also worked at a digital marketing company myself, so I have a pretty good sense of noticing red flags. Nobody has time to waste and because he lost my trust in the first 3 minutes of trying to pitch a backdoor approach, I POLITELY told him my thoughts of why I don't trust him or his business and hung up. He proceeded to call back 7 times in a row to JUST tell me how rude I was and that he would report me to my boss (who heard the whole conversation sitting next to me) He proceeded to again ask to be transferred to my boss (good try Vincent) to complain about me, the gatekeeper. This is NOT a way a great customer service based company should train their first line of marketing. I hope VMS Data could learn from this. As an experienced sales professional, recruiter, trainer, and entrepreneur, myself, I don't feel confident in ever utilizing a company like VMS DATA. Apparently, everyone else's reviews reflect that same belief. As a DIGITAL MARKETING COMPANY, ironically, their YELP rating does not show evidence of best practices being carried out. I hope they learn to improve their processes.
