I used to kind of like this office. They are too busy now and not only is it a month or sometimes 2 month wait to get in, last time I was there they ordered a bunch of tests and assured me that my insurance covered them all. I didn't realize that Dr Sauter's office didn't even bother calling my insurance to find out they didn't cover. $700 later and counting...when I asked them about it, the billing girl just said, "you signed paperwork stating that you are responsible". I get it. I know I am, but why do you even ask for my ins card if you're not even going to call them? Looking for a new office.
