Absolutely find this place unprofessional and poorly run!!!! My husband has had the same experience as Robin O. I've spent hours of my time trying to correct their incompetence! They have billed our insurance for visits which were never completed.They got paid for these visits over $1,000.00 which I am appealed!!! I too have left messages to get this corrected since I am entitled to my benefits and believe it is FRAUD if you receive payment for services not rendered!!!!! As for Dr. Wendy, stand behind your business and hire better staff. This is the second time I find myself correcting your billing errors. I too would recommend others to go somewhere else!
