I used to be very happy with my service here when Phillip worked here Julie and Cynthia are also very good. DO NOT BOTHER WITH APPOINTMENTS it doesn't matter what you say the manager just agrees on a time and you arrive and then he makes you wait forever.I had a terrible experience with another male I ask for excellent grooming making sure everything is taken care of and I don't like massage so I ask for extra time on grooming. The gentleman was polite but stubborn on the foot file he wanted to use on me I always bring my own foot file and polish so he kept trying to convince me to use the cheese grater they have and I kept insisting my file was fine he then couldn't even file properly nor clean under my nails and sides he did a half ass job he made me upset when he didn't check for any ingrowns or care I was upset about my service when it came down to polishing he didn't cover all the nail bed but yet got polish all over my toes and didn't clean it up well enough after the top coat wasn't evenly put on there it made me really upset I cried i know quality work when I see it
