Horrible.. going to a different doctor for sure. 2months ago i went in for a eye exam.. took over a month for me to get my trail pair!! second that trail pair didnt work for me so i went in again and they said they'd call me once it arrived. Almost another month later, still havent heard a word! So i call them for an update and they have gave it out to someone else!! If you need contact lenses fast, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!
