Went here for the first time today for a basic manicure. One lady started my manicure by filing my nails and began laughing to herself as she tried to make my short nails "oval-shaped". Didn't know that was so hilarious...maybe a funny joke in the nail world. She asked if I wanted square or oval, so I had to pick one of the options she threw out there! After filing a hand and a half, she got up and had another technician take over. In the middle of my manicure she took a FaceTime call on her phone to talk to her 2 1/2 year old daughter who was just crying on the phone. Extremely relaxing. Ok..........
At the end of the manicure after painting my nails, I was hoping she would clean up the tips where she painted my skin. Nope. The hand and arm massage was good except it lasted all of 30 seconds each arm!
Needless to say I'm not really admiring my hands. I will not be returning.
