Eric B. is always friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to deal with any pest issues we have. He's knowledgeable and quick to respond to whatever we need. After a dishwasher leak, we had a roach problem. He's right on top of it, finishing the little rascals off for good. He has also been able to bring our scorpion and black widow population under control. We live an old orchard and I can confidentially say without him, we'd be crawling (heh, heh, pun) with these trouble makers.
