BEWARE!! This company: Brad Daumke deserves a negative star. Brad is very unprofessional and he is a liar. He withheld a lot of our deposit without cause and won't respond back when we have tried to call, text, and email about it 8 times, asking for a response. We spent 12 hours cleaning the home and left it cleaner then when we found it, Brad charged us for that. Brad charged us for carpet repair damage that was done by the previous renter. We scrubbed down all the walls and Brad charged us to repaint. Apparently the "normal wear and tear" condition is not in his vocabulary. We hired a landscaping company to clean up the yard and guess what? Yup, Brad charged us for that too. The dishwasher never worked and after 2 repairs and it still didn't work, I asked if they would please replace it, Brad just told me to run some vinegar through it. We didn't have a working dishwasher the whole time we lived there. AVOID them at all costs!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!
