If I could give this McDonalds zero stars I would. Drive through is faster than going inside, but you're still going to wait a minimum of 20 minutes either way. Waited 10 minutes to even have our order taken inside and there was only two people that had been waiting for their food in front of us. One lady ordered only a sweet tea and she said she had been there 15 mins already waiting for a cup. Apparently the popular drink had to be remade because there was none on hand anywhere in the restaurant. In total we waited 30 mins for the whole process. All of our sandwiches were cold but the fries were piping hot. Everyone leaving the Illini football game had the same idea, but why would any scheduling manger think it would be ok to have only two people working the whole restaurant thought that would be ok for 8pm at night is beyond me. On top of the poor service the place is filthy, more like absolutely disgusting. The floors are sticky and always littered with food and trash. One time my flip flop got so stuck to the floor I walked out of my shoe, peeled my shoe from the floor and put it back on my foot. This is the worst McDonald's in town. It would be faster and more sanitary to drive the the one in Mahomet than go to this location. The owner really need to make some improvements to this location as well as to the staff.
