I purchased a Ford from Ganley back in 2010. The CAr is great, but the dealership is lackluster. As a cash buyer I kept getting hassled by the F&I gal who was insistant I finance the car, then the shakedown began with the fabric protection, rust proofing, etc, I told the woman "one more word out of your mouth and the deal is off". Service could be better, after booking an appointment for an oil change weeks in advance it took over 2 HOURS for a simple oil change. The corker now is the constant voice mails, text messages and junk mails shaking people down for more money. Let me be clear, I take good care of my vehicle, but I resent the constant messages from Ganley. I spoke to a manager at the dealership who simply did not listen, but instead stated "I'm just trying to save you money" did this bonehead ever think that people are getting tired of receiving messages in this over-communicated world. Looks like Conrads will get business from me instead of Ganley Ford West...The International House of Shakedowns!
