My boyfriend and I came from Orlando Florida to Cleveland was drove by BARRACO and decided to go in and try it out. It was such a good decision to try this place out. The food is to die for and the menu has so many different entrees from different countries. I'm Colombian and the Bandeja Piasa is so good. Just like the ones I get back in Colombia. The environment is very welcoming. Good music, good food, and good drinks you can't go wrong with that. They also have a very cute patio in the back to eat as well. Definitely will come back and will recommend people to try it out.
