If I could give them a zero I would! I reserved my car online, I got there an hour later to pick up the car. When I got there I had to get in line. When it was close to my turn they locked the doors. I finally got to the front, the person at the counter told me that they didn't have anymore cars and told another worker to unlock the doors for me "she's leaving." I reserved the car for 6 days ~ he didn't even bother helping me with some kind of solution. If he could of given me some kind of deal for the rest of the days I would of been happy but instead all I got was "get out." When I left there I went to Budget ~ they didn't have a car for me that day but they did give me a great deal on the rest of the days. I didn't like how they treated me at Enterprise so from now on I will be taking my business to Budget!
