Love this mall! Which on the mall alone would be 5 star! However GNC does not have a yelp page, so I had to do it thru the mall page. This was the WORST customer service I have encountered in awhile. The employees name was Michael and I had went to the store and the gate was closed, stating that the employee would return in 5 minutes (ok, no problem, probably a bathroom break or something, everyone deserves a break).But, 5,10,15,20,30 minutes pass (keep in mind that the sign was already posted upon my arrival). Guy shows up and I state that I have been waiting for awhile and just looks at me, I repeat and he just ignores me. He might as well had said "SO!". There was no apology, no explanation... NOTHING! I went to exchange a product, instead I just returned. A company with this level of customer service does not deserve my hard eared money...Went to a Vitamin Shop in Carolina place mall down the way and they took care of me!.
