I like the fact that this place is so convenient. Don't mind spending the convenience fee but when you don't get quality customer service makes me want to find another location or go to the MVD location and wait. Kristen was very very rude, no personality, it seemed like we were a big inconvenience to her. Management needs to be made aware of this. I did notice the now hiring sign up hopefully they hire better quality customer service agents. Some people are just not made for customer service and I believe she's one of them or needs more training. That's the reason I chose one star horrible customer service.
