Hands down the most apathetic and abusive customer service representatives I've ever dealt with and that is a VERY sought after award apparently. I have been hung up on just for asking them not to be so rude! More than once! They don't show up for appointments despite waiting around all day and the phone reps seem to have bad attitudes. WE NEED MORE INTERNET PROVIDER OPTIONS IN HENDERSON!!! The only 2 options are all abusing their corporate power. I am getting tired of these companies and the way they take advantage of us. Terrible policies. Neither of these internet providers even TRY to keep your business, hiking rates and having bad customer service because if you are not signed up with one nightmare of a company then you have to go to the other and they know it. I am getting close to chucking internet out of my life altogether. Seriously.
