If you haven't tried cryotherapy you are missing out! I have been doing this almost daily for a little over a month for pain relief from past injuries. Not only have I experienced reduced pain and swelling in my ankle and shoulder but I have also lost some weight! It can be a little uncomfortable at first but you warm up immediately once you step out of the chamber. The office is clean and the staff is friendly.
