Called T&G for a shower remodel. Left a message and received a call back. I was asked to email a description of the work with pictures for an estimate before scheduling a site visit. Ryan sent me a formal estimate very quickly. I called back once a day for a few days before receiving a call back. I was told they were busy. That was the first warning sign. Anyway I setup the site visit for the next available day and NEVER heard back from them again. They missed the appointment and when I called only got an answering machine. T&G may do great work but they did not want my business.
