this hospital only wants your money. they called to remind us that shots were needed ....even though my dogs have never had shots there... my elderly father forgot he had taken my dog for her shots 3 weeks ago. she is wearing a brand new dog license 2013-you cannot get this unless the rabies vaccine is current and bright green.....additionally she has a rabies tag from the veterinary office(with a phone number of where we get all of our immunizations!!!!!
during the $39.95 exam the 2 pieces of physical evidence that the vaccine was already given were overlooked. she has light colored fur and the collar is obvious!!!
this is gross negligence on the doctors part. perhaps she was just to busy trying to upsell so that her percentage of payment is higher.
i would never recommend this place to anyone who love their pets! if they fail to notice the obvious they will never see the signs that are intrinsic to diagnosis......and your pet will suffer.
dont risk your pet`s life and save money
additionally they forgot to give the duplicate rabies tag to my father
then they had the audacity to lie and say the doctor and the nurse remember giving the tag to him
