This may be my new fav pizza spot! I'm so glad I stopped in for happy hour last week! They have some great deals on apps, pizzas, and drinks! My friend and I started with the famous cauliflower gratinata. We really enjoyed it! We used the remaining cheese sauce to dip our pizza crust in (so creative, I know). As for our pizza selections, we ordered the spicy florentine (no chiles) and margarita pizza. They were both really amazing. The spicy florentine - hold the spice - was my favorite! I'm craving it as I write this. I can't wait to return back and try some of the other options they offer. Thank you, The Parlor!
