This place doesn't even deserve one star. The worst experience I have ever had. Ceiling leaks water, bathroom leaked downstairs the ENTIRE time I lived there, really bad area, homeless people digging through dumpsters, never felt safe, the grounds are disgusting, nickled-and-dimed me for everything, I payed for an upgraded apartment without the upgrades, management was completely unprofessional, staff retention must be 1 week. At one point I couldn't use my shower for 3 days with no reimbursement or hotel offer (this is after months of my neighbor and I complaining about the leaks/waterfall down stairs from my apartment into hers). Instead, I was told to shower at a friends house. This place was horrible and dangerous. There was no doubt mold growing in my walls. Things were repaired only after I bought up legal action.
The icing on the cake was when cops knocked on my door to give me a sketch of a rapist. Seriously, run far, far away from this place! If you have kids (or basic common sense), PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE.
