This is a decent place to live. Pros: 1-Helpful staff and maintenance guys. (things will get fixed here!) 2-fair price. 3- Utility is included in rent (with electricity). 4- A lot of parking spots. Cons: The AC is under their control! It means if we have an early summer, you still won't have the cold AC working for you!
